Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Bilingual Fun. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return them to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that returned items must be unopened in original packaging.

Any returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a Return and Exchange form. Please contact us at info@bilingualfun.com to request a form. Fill out the form and return it with product (s). If the product was damaged during shipping or does not function properly, you may exchange it within 30 days for the same product.

Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded, unless the return is due to our error.

Class Policy
Parents are required to attend and participate with children.

• Please notify instructor of any food allergy your child may have.
• Siblings:  if bringing non-registered siblings, please be respectful of other participants.
• Missed classes:  there will be a make up class held the week after the session has ended.  Instructors will give specific dates and times.  There will be no refunds for missed classes.  Drop in make ups are not permitted due to class size.
• Cancellation of classes:  we follow the weather advisory of the Plymouth- Canton School District.  Please check local news regarding school closures for our area.  If class must be cancelled for reasons other than increment weather, your instructor will contact you and give you information regarding rescheduling of the class.

Shipping Policy

• Products will be shipped 1-2 business days after receiving order.  If the product is on back order, you will be contacted via email with specific shipping dates.
• Shipping Costs are as follows. Items are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail.
